Software Quality Assurance Analyst Sr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all product objectives are met
• Participate in testing software releases, fixes, and versions, delivering on time with high quality
• Participate in defects tracking, including detailed triaging of issues and timely requalifying of hotfixes
• Collaborate on team implementation and monitoring of test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 4+ years' work experience in a Quality Assurance or Business Analyst role
• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices and standards
• Experience translating complex business requirements into functional testing plans and implementing those plans as designed
• Experience with creating automation scripts or maintaining automation scripts (a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile principles and working with Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication
