What You'll Do: Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.Create efficient test case scenarios.Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports. Looking For Someone With: A service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for manual QA testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred.3+ years in software testing with familiarity in MS Word, Excel, Jira, Postman.Experience in SaaS software is a plus.
