Software QA Analyst

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports online tours and activities, excursion bookings, travel-advisor support, supplier coordination, customer service, product operations, and marketplace workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, review, and analyze assigned operational, customer, travel, healthcare, marketing, or service data.
• Maintain recurring reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, and data definitions with strong attention to quality.
• Identify missing information, anomalies, trends, and routine process issues and document findings clearly.
• Summarize results for business teams and maintain supporting notes, assumptions, and source references.
• Protect confidential information and follow documented procedures for remote data access, storage, and handoff.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

• Base compensation: $48,000–$72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
