Software Product Owner (Agile SAFe)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner with Agile expertise to define, prioritize, and manage product features and backlogs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, system architects, and Agile teams to align product development with business goals, facilitate backlog refinement, and support program increments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer voice and ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
• Develop acceptance criteria and collaborate on planning sessions.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and support program increments.
• Align product development with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience (or 8+ with relevant experience).
• 2+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Experience writing user stories, decomposing features, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills

• Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of SAFe methodologies (certification preferred).
• Adaptability, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
