Software Lead and Architect for Data at Rest (DAR) Crypto & Cross Domain Solutions
About the role
This position is for a Lead Software Engineer within the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, focusing on Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, specifically in the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for developing Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products.
- Apply technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in software development.
- Secure buy-in on concepts and ideas through exceptional communication skills.
- Earn buy-in for concepts and ideas through collaborative team play and technical leadership.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with technologies and tools such as Rust, IP Networking, CI/CD DevOps with Git/GitHub/GitLab, Linux & LinuxPolicy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree, plus 6 years relevant experience.
- CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.

Pay
Target salary range: USD $164,892.00/Yr. - USD $173,910.00/Yr.
Schedule
Flexibility with a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
