Software Integrator

Summary CTC Group is seeking a Software Integrator to lead the integration, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems across cloud and existing enterprise environments. This role requires advanced software engineering expertise, technical leadership, and experience coordinating application modernization and integration efforts to ensure system reliability, performance, and availability. Responsibilities Serve as a technical lead for software integration efforts across multiple development teams, coordinating with systems engineers and other technical stakeholdersAnalyze user requirements, system architectures, and technical constraints to define software integration strategies and performance requirementsDesign, modify, and integrate software components, microservices, and containerized applications within cloud environments, preferably AWSLead application migration and modernization efforts, identifying integration dependencies, system limitations, and technical risksOversee the configuration and maintenance of supporting cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormationDirect the integration of messaging technologies such as ActiveMQ and Kafka to support communication between software componentsEvaluate and implement deployment strategies for high-availability systems, ensuring adherence to operational specificationsTroubleshoot complex software and integration issues, lead root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actionsEnsure quality control of developed and modified software, oversee testing activities, and recommend improvements to development processesPrepare after-action reports documenting integration findings, new requirements, and improvements to Tier 1 standard operating procedures (SOPs) Qualifications Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearanceRecent experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWSExperience leading complex software development and systems integration effortsExperience migrating and integrating applications within cloud environmentsExperience with microservices and containerized applicationsExperience configuring or integrating cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormationExperience with ActiveMQ and/or Kafka messaging technologiesExperience designing and implementing deployment strategies for high-availability systemsExperience troubleshooting complex software systems and performing root cause analysisExperience providing technical leadership, overseeing integration testing, and ensuring software quality Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFour (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degreeTwenty (20) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Pay Information The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
