Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to join the HPC Operations Team, providing High Performance Computing (HPC) services and enhanced sustainment capabilities across two geographically dispersed areas.
Responsibilities
- Support multi-vendor HPC servers, HPC clusters, and SPD servers running Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE, and custom vendor-specific operating systems.
- Manage high-speed shared storage solutions (e.g., Lustre, GPFS) and dedicated high-speed, low-latency network interconnects (e.g., InfiniBand, Slingshot).
- Provide performant shared storage solutions using LUSTRE across multiple HPCs in a data center.
- Support the HPC and ABS (ABUNDANTSHIELD high-speed shared parallel storage) SRE teams, adhering to Government-designated policies and procedures.
- Follow ticket tracking, change approvals, change management processes, coding specifications, and SRE tool policies.
- Plan, deliver, and integrate new or additional HPC sustainment capabilities, including HPC systems, servers (cluster, SMP, MPP, and SPD), and parallel file systems.
- Adhere to a specific schedule of transition activities for systems moving into Operations.
- Provide customer support for HPC software to ensure operational continuity of High Performance Computers.
- Support UNIX, Linux, Windows systems, desktop applications, servers, and networks required for mission operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline. Additional five years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous OS environment (13 years in lieu of degree).
- DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required; most recent polygraph must be within the last 7 years.
