About the role
Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Ensure high-quality standards are met through continuous testing and code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new software features based on user feedback and project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure software quality
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Skills
