Software Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Managing Client’s Requirements, Feedback and filing systems.
• Analyze Business Statistics.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Drafting and writing high quality Proposals, Reports and Presentations.
• Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Training and Demonstration to end Users.
• Cook up and maintain internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Aid HOD to Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Liaise with Senior office staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of the HOD.
• Cook up Assistance related work for HOD.
• Report and escalate to HOD as needed.
• Provide prompt support & solution to client-end issues.
• Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Organize events and conferences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain good relation with client and co-workers.
