We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have program duration, schedule, position type, conversion, description, who we're looking for, what you'll do, what makes you a great fit, benefits (specific: not eligible for benefits except sick pay per HFWA), salary range (CO): $40 USD - $40 USD (that's weird but it's specific), clearance requirement, relocation assistance, about Bluestaq (company description), what we offer (full-time positions benefits). However we must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also we must not include duplicated lines. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe position description), Responsibilities (what you'll do), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (what makes you a great fit), Benefits (specific benefits), Pay (salary range), Schedule (program duration and hours). Also maybe "About Bluestaq" could be part of About the role? But we can include a separate section like "About the Company" but not in list of allowed headings; only allowed headings are those listed. We could put company info under About the role or maybe under a generic heading not allowed? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings for sections. Probably we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: could include program description, position type, conversion, maybe about Bluestaq? But we can include program description and position details. - Responsibilities: what you'll do. - Requirements: maybe "Who We’re Looking For" (eligibility) plus clearance requirement. - Qualifications: maybe similar to requirements; but we could combine? Better to separate: Requirements (eligibility, availability, clearance), Qualifications (education, experience), Skills (technologies). But we have overlapping. - Benefits: specific benefits (sick pay per HFWA, relocation assistance for full-time positions, maybe note not eligible for other benefits). Also note about full-time benefits? The posting includes "What We Offer: For full-time positions ..." but that's for full-time positions after residency. Since the residency is temporary, but they mention full-time benefits after conversion. Should we include that? It's about full-time positions, but it's still part of posting. It's specific content about benefits for full-time offers. Could include under Benefits. - Pay: Salary Range (CO): $40 USD - $40 USD. - Schedule: Program Duration: Jan 11-Mar 31 2027 (11.5 weeks). Residents work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Salary range is specific $40-$40 (though same). It's still specific. We must not include duplicated lines. We'll need to extract unique content. Let's gather content: Program Duration: January 11 through March 31, 2027 (11.5 weeks). Residents work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Position Type: Temporary, Non-Exempt, Hourly Conversion to Full-Time: This is the heart of the program: residents who successfully complete the residency may be eligible to join Bluestaq full-time as an Associate Software Engineer. Full-time offers are contingent on performance and business need. Position Description: Ready to launch your software career? The Bluestaq Software Engineering Residency Program is an 11.5-week, paid, cohort-based program built around one goal: turning promising early-career developers into full-time Bluestaq Associate Software Engineers. This isn't a coffee-run internship. From week one you'll work real backlog items on the systems our U.S. Space Force customers use every day, guided by a dedicated engineer-mentor, and you'll close out the program by presenting your capstone work directly to Bluestaq engineering leadership. Who We’re Looking For: We're offering the residency to early-career software talent ready to commit to a full-time engineering role, including: final-year undergraduate and master's students (graduating by January 2027), recent graduates in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. If you're excited about learning fast, collaborating, and shipping real-world solutions, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do: At Bluestaq, our residents aren't confined to one technology stack. You'll explore multiple technologies while contributing to impactful projects. Expect to work with languages and tools like Java, Python, Angular, Groovy, REST Services, GIT, PostgreSQL, Mongo, Athena, NiFi, Quarkus, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud, MS Azure, and AWS. This isn't just about coding — we're all about growing your skills. You'll pair with experienced engineers, learn data storage solutions, front-end and back-end technologies, and cloud-based infrastructure, with structured milestones along the way: an onboarding week covering our tooling and secure development practices, a midpoint demo, and a capstone presentation. We offer the perfect balance of guidance and independence, allowing you to learn while making a real impact. What Makes You a Great Fit: You have software development experience through coursework, personal projects, bootcamp work, or prior internships. You have experience with software development and scripting languages. You're familiar with front-end/back-end technologies, data storage solutions, and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or MS Azure. You're capable of working in a team-centric environment. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You're passionate about big data technologies and excited to work with cloud infrastructures. You have ability to obtain a security clearance. You’re available to work full-time on-site for the full program (January 11 – March 31, 2027). Benefits: This position is not eligible for employment benefits such as 401k, Medical, Dental, or Vision Insurance. This position is eligible for sick pay as per the Colorado Healthy Families & Workplaces Act (HFWA). Relocation: Relocation assistance is available for full-time positions. Clearance Requirement: This position may require an active TS/SCI Clearance. Current clearance holders are strongly encouraged to apply. If you don't currently hold one, Bluestaq will sponsor eligible candidates through the clearance process based on program needs. About Bluestaq: At Bluestaq, we build secure data platforms that matter for space missions, national defense, healthcare systems, and commercial innovation. Founded in 2018, we've become a leader in enterprise software and secure data management by staying focused on what counts: modern architecture, operational excellence, and mission impact. We're engineers, problem-solvers, and builders who take the mission seriously, but not ourselves. We automate the repeatable, question the status quo, and design systems that are as reliable as they are scalable. Whether we're supporting space, defense systems, or healthcare advancements, we build with the same principles: cloud-native solutions, security by design, and relentless simplicity. What We Offer: For full-time positions 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision for you and your dependents 10% total 401(k) contribution from day one, no vesting period — Bluestaq contributes 4% automatically and matches 100% of the next 6% Every role is eligible for an annual performance bonus $200,000 employer-paid life insurance, plus short- and long-term disability coverage $5,000 annual professional development budget per employee 20 days PTO, plus 8 paid holidays Pet insurance, onsite gym, and flexible schedule We must exclude EEO boilerplate etc. Now map to headings: - About the role: could include Position Description, Position Type, Conversion, maybe About Bluestaq? But About Bluestaq is company description; could be part of About the role or maybe we could add a separate "About the Company" but not allowed. Safer to put company description under About the role as well. - Responsibilities: What You’ll Do. - Requirements: Who We’re Looking For (eligibility: final-year students, recent grads, availability, commitment). Also maybe clearance requirement? Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: education/experience? Could be "What Makes You a Great Fit" includes experience, skills, etc. But we need to separate. Better: Use Requirements for eligibility (availability, clearance, graduation date). Use Qualifications for education/experience (coursework, projects, internships). Use Skills for technical skills (languages, tools, cloud platforms). Benefits separate. Pay separate. Schedule separate. Let's extract: Requirements: - Available to work full-time on-site for the full program (Jan 11 – Mar 31, 2027). - Ability to obtain a security clearance (TS/SCI). Current clearance holders encouraged; sponsorship possible. - Commitment to a full-time engineering role after residency (implied). - Graduating by January 2027 (final-year undergrad/master's) or recent graduate. Qualifications: - Software development experience through coursework, personal projects, bootcamp work, or prior internships. - Experience with software development and scripting languages. - Familiar with front-end/back-end technologies, data storage solutions, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure). - Capable of working in a team-centric environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive problem-solving. - Passionate about big data technologies and excited to work with cloud infrastructures. Skills (technologies): - Languages/tools: Java, Python, Angular, Groovy, REST Services, GIT, PostgreSQL, Mongo, Athena, NiFi, Quarkus. - Cloud platforms: Google Cloud, MS Azure, AWS. - Additional: data storage solutions, front-end/back-end technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, secure development practices. But we might combine some. Benefits: - Not eligible for 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. - Eligible for sick pay per Colorado HFWA. - Relocation assistance available for full-time positions (post-residency). - For full-time positions (if converted): 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision; 10% total 401(k) contribution (4% auto + match 100% of next 6%); annual performance bonus; $200k employer-paid life insurance + short/long term disability; $5k annual professional development budget; 20 days PTO + 8 paid holidays; pet insurance, onsite gym, flexible schedule. Pay: - Salary Range (CO): $40 USD - $40 USD. Schedule: - Program Duration: January 11 through March 31, 2027 (11.5 weeks). - Residents work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include any markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...
etc. We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily. Let's craft each section. About the role: include program description,
