Software Engineering Manager - Auth Team

Responsibilities

• Define AI-based workflows for authorization and manage actor authentication
• Enhance the identity layer with Auth0 for improved authentication and token management
• Maintain the ReBAC OpenFGA model for authorization across systems
• Lead large-scale projects collaborating with multiple teams for best practices
• Mentor team members in collaborative practices and technical standards
• Drive project accountability from ideation to production phase
• Identify risks and ensure project alignment with business needs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience in identity, authentication, or authorization systems
• In-depth knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols
• Hands-on expertise with Relationship-Based Access Control (ReBAC) systems such as OpenFGA
• Familiarity with identity providers like Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD
• Strong coding skills in backend languages such as Java, Ruby, or Python and frameworks like Spring Boot or Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in utilizing AI coding tools for development tasks

Pay

• $136,908 – $185,000 annually
