About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead product planning, technical execution, and team leadership for servo drive development teams. In this role, you will shape firmware priorities, coordinate product roadmaps, and guide major software efforts from concept to release. Located at our global headquarters, the role emphasizes hands-on leadership, agile development, and collaboration across engineering functions. You will translate business needs into development plans, own backlog priorities, and ensure disciplined execution.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of software experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience with embedded software, industrial automation, and motion control preferred
Schedule
This hybrid role requires at least 3 days onsite and up to 2 remote days.
