About the Role

We’re seeking a technically exceptional, mission-driven Software Engineering Manager to lead the technology behind one of our teams for Ramsey Trusted Protections, building secure, scalable digital products that help millions of people confidently protect what matters most. From insurance to identity theft protection and other trusted solutions, you'll play a key role in creating experiences that connect customers with products that bring peace of mind and move them closer to financial freedom.

This is a player/coach role for a proven engineer who loves building as much as leading. You'll partner with product, design, and business leaders to solve complex technical challenges, modernize critical platforms, and deliver seamless customer experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll spend time in the code, set the technical direction for your team, and mentor engineers to grow their craft while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a builder who leads with credibility, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge. If you're energized by developing high-performing teams, solving meaningful technical problems, and using technology to help people, this may be the role for you.
