Software Engineering Manager

The Role• Lead a team responsible for building, launching, and operating advanced AI services in secure, isolated environments.• Drive the technical roadmap and delivery commitments for AI services, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.• Simplify complex technical challenges and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.• Foster a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Proven experience in engineering team management and leading the development of large-scale distributed systems.• Strong technical judgment with experience in Linux, networking, and software development.• An active TS/SCI security clearance with SCI eligibility or above is required.
