Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Own the team's roadmap, ensuring strategic vision execution and project prioritization.
- Develop and deliver distributed software systems for operational tooling and mission-critical functions.
- Drive architectural decisions for both frontend applications and supporting backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions and mission success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- 7+ years of direct experience working within engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience designing or architecting scalable and reliable systems.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Pay
Annual salary of $184,900 - $250,200.
