What You’ll Do Lead architectural decisions and roadmap delivery for web & lead API acquisition effortsWork with the leadership team to produce and deliver the engineering roadmapMentor engineers and sponsor them for the right projects to deliver the best product while growing their skillsetIdentify and promote engineering best practicesAdvise leadership team on technical feasibility and implications of product decisions What We Look For Experience managing engineering teams5+ years of experience building and deploying scalable applications in the cloudExperience with Ruby on Rails. Expertise in scoping large projects and initiatives into small iterations for releaseClear and efficient communication skillsMentorship skills and the ability to give well-crafted constructive feedbackExperience in a startup environment is not required but preferred The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus. Base Salary Range $170,000—$210,000 USD Why Join Us?
