Software Engineering Manager

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to positively impact the individuals that make up the software engineering department. You will be responsible for the health of the environment in which these individuals create, code, validate, implement, and support Ag Leader products.

You will spend time coaching team members, product owners, scrum masters to be their best and to maximize their effectiveness in the software team environment. You will also collaborate with and support other departments in maintaining a positive workplace.

Lastly, you will be responsible for executing the tasks of the department that fall outside the purview of the software engineering teams.

• Assist with department budget and finances
