Full‑time internship scheduled for summer 2027.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Make sure we preserve all substantive info: Did we miss anything? Let's review original text. Original includes: - "This posting is one of several for software summer interns in NH. The title of each posting corresponds to the years of college completed prior to joining us in the summer of 2027 (i.e., Software Engineering Intern I – completed 1st/freshman year of college, Software Engineering Intern II – completed 2nd/sophomore year of college, etc.). Please apply to the appropriate position. You don’t see it, but it’s there." This is meta about the posting; maybe not substantive for the role? It's about the posting itself. Could be considered metadata; we can drop as per instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. This is minor metadata about the posting; we could drop it. It's not essential to the job. So we can drop. - "Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics – from saving emissions in the City of Lights to powering the Mars Rover to protecting the F-35 fighter jet. At BAE Systems you’ll be among the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defense industry’s most difficult problems. Drawing strength from our differences, we’re innovating for the future. And you can, too." We used in About the role. - "We are seeking highly motivated and driven software interns who will be completing their junior year of college, prior to starting this full-time internship in summer 2027, to join our Electronic Systems group in southern NH." We used. - "As a software intern, you will join a team of engineers supporting software development opportunities that solve real world problems." Used. - "Typical Tasking Includes Elements From The Following Designing, developing, and testing software solutions utilizing Agile methodologies and sound software engineering principles while conforming to existing code development strategies and processes.Assisting in other software engineering activities such as integration testing, algorithm & data analysis, software troubleshooting, and preparing documentation in accordance with established procedures.Utilizing a Windows PC or Linux based software development environment and either x86 or PowerPC target and test environment." We used. - "In addition to your technical assignment, you will participate in BAE Systems' nationwide LEAP Internship & Co-op Program, where you will Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. The LEAP Program will provide you with additional opportunities to engage in career development opportunities, and network with our business leaders and the other students in the program." Used. - "This internship will be located onsite at one of our BAE System's facilities in southern New Hampshire including Nashua, Hudson, Manchester, and Merrimack." We didn't include location. Should we include? It's substantive. Could be part of About the role or a separate section? There's no heading for Location; we could add a short paragraph in About the role or maybe a separate section like Location. But we only have predefined headings; we could add location to About the role. Let's add location info there. - "Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US Person status." We added as requirement. - "Required Education, Experience, & Skills" list we captured. - "Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills" we captured. - "Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $49592 - $68993" we captured. - "Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience." we captured. - "Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance." we captured. - "About BAE Systems Electronic Systems" paragraph we used partially. - "This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days. The posting will remain active until the position is filled, or a qualified pool of candidates is identified." This is posting metadata; we can drop. Thus we have covered all substantive info. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output HTML fragment. Make sure to use proper escaping for & etc. Use & where needed. In text we have "etc." fine. Use "
