Responsibilities

• Architect and ship features across the full stack at lightning speed
• Build end‑to‑end workflows, take them to production, and solve real‑world problems at scale
• Raise the bar for code quality and decision‑making, establishing patterns that cement a world‑class engineering culture
• Grow scope and ownership as the company 10×’s, building tools, mental models, and platforms that enable exponential acceleration for you and Rilla

Requirements

• Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar
• Strong engineering prowess, ideally developed at start‑ups
• Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and related technical tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporate feedback, and maintain a high bar for quality
