Software Engineering Co-op MLOps: September - December 2026

About the role

We are seeking software engineering co-ops to join our team from September - December 2026. This opportunity offers a broad, hands-on introduction to ML automation, working with a diverse and talented team dedicated to solving complex problems and making a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Solve interesting problems with code.
• Build and refactor new features for internal users.
• Interface directly with team members of all levels.
• Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve problems sustainably.
• Be prepared to work on both low-level systems and developer features.
• Collaborate with machine learning and infrastructure teams.
• Drive and uphold high engineering standards, ensuring consistent codebases and adequate reviews, testing, and integration.
• Learn and share knowledge with others along the way.

Requirements

• At least one previous employer, preferably in this field.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 50% of the degree program completed.
• An insatiable intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly in a complex space.

Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS and on-prem).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of observability tools and practices.
