Basic Qualifications
- Technical background in software engineering including in-depth experience with Agile methodology
- C/C++ development experience
- Experience with software integration and test on HWILs
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and build effective relationships
- Demonstrated ability to develop and create solutions to difficult problems often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data on a fast paced schedule
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
- Successful candidate must demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership experience including a commitment to the Full Spectrum attributes of shaping the future, building effective relationships, energizing the team, delivering results, and modeling personal excellence, integrity and accountability

Leadership and project management of the FSW/Sim Integration and Dev Sec Ops teams team in support of the CPS FSW/Sim Integration manager
Accountability for the technical, cost, and schedule aspects and ultimate completion of Integration, Sim software deliverables and Dev Sec Ops to support CPS and its flight test events.
Work closely with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software development, and HWIL teams to ensure compliance with integration standards and test procedures.
Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Desired Skills
- Agile/SAFe Software Development certification
- Experience with embedded software/hardware
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops
- Experience with Verification and Validation of Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Techical and leadership experience within AMD, Strike Weapon, or other large scale weapon system
