Software Engineering Associate Manager

About the role

The Erebus Program is a newly awarded 7-year effort that delivers cutting-edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

Responsibilities

• Manage members of the program's software test and system engineering teams.
• Meet the current mission needs of the NGA while pioneering future automation solutions based on agency directives.
• Develop innovative, machine-generated, and system-augmented geospatial analysis and production capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience leading a diverse engineering team.
• Strong understanding of the geospatial intelligence domain and customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and delegate critical tasks.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Cameo, Test Automation Software (JMeter, Test Complete).

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required to start. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with a CI Poly. Top Secret with an investigation within five years to apply.
