Software Engineer - Web Applications

About the role

Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) is seeking a full-time Software Engineer - Web Applications to join our dynamic team. We are a technology-driven, global manufacturer serving the defense, energy, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support modern web applications and websites
• Own applications throughout their life cycle, from development through ongoing support and improvement
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
• Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and help drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1-5+ Years of professional web application development experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or similar backend language)
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and REST APIs
• Experience with modern application frameworks
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

• Flexible Work Schedule: Work between 9am and 3pm, typically 40-45 hours per week

Pay

$85,000 - $115,000 per year

Schedule

Flexible, with a typical workweek of 40-45 hours and a flexible schedule between 9am and 3pm
