Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver scalable systems for government clients.
- Collaborate with government partners and contractors to architect and deploy new systems and improvements to existing platforms.
- Ship new features efficiently while meeting user needs through agile methodologies.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex enterprise applications.
- Monitor and analyze test results, and report defects and performance issues to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices in all testing activities.
- Support production systems through an on-call rotation, investigating issues as needed.
- Participate in hiring activities, including submitting referrals, conducting interviews, and attending interview debriefs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of testing experience.
- At least 5 years of coding experience in JavaScript.
- Experience with defining and executing test plans and test cases for complex enterprise applications.
- Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and prioritizing defects using tools like Jira and GitHub.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Experience leading regression, UAT, and E2E testing.
- Familiarity with security testing and data protection best practices.
- Highly resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired.
- Work authorization that doesn’t require visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract.
