Software Engineer, Sr. (DoD Secret)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet DoD security standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure software meets security and performance standards.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with secure coding practices and tools.
• Experience working in a DoD environment or with DoD security standards.
