Software Engineer - Service

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining application integration solutions that simplify business processes.
• Contributes to the definition, the documentation, and the ongoing improvement of internal workflows and processes.
• Application support: Assists in the installation and configuration of new software. Provides user support for a wide range of applications. Maintains Software and quickly addresses software bugs.
• Design and development: Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or work experience equivalent
• Experience in software development
• Understanding of enterprise systems engineering, systems engineering, and business systems architecture
• Familiarity with database design and SQL Server
• Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, computer networking and cloud computing
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, project leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Innovative, effective, insightful, independent, takes initiative

Compensation Information

This position has a starting salary range of $95,000 to $100,000 per year. Pay is determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, relevant skills, and qualifications.
