Software Engineer - Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and support the application, integrations, and related components for sustainment operations
• Implement approved enhancements and defect fixes
• Participate in code review, unit and integration testing, release preparation, and incident troubleshooting
• Document technical designs, changes, and support procedures
• Work with the Custom Development Lead, Product Management, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and validate solutions against acceptance criteria
• Identify application performance, security, reliability, and deployment risks promptly
• Provide dependable development support that maintains stable mission services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Secret security clearance required
• 4+ years of experience with C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server

Pay

The wage range for this role is $102,800 to $171,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program’s rules, whereby an award, if any, depends on individual and organizational performance.
