What You Will Do
- Lead development on a large part of the platform with a strong sense of ownership and user obsession
- Apply your back-end and distributed systems experience to help scale our Rails-based platform and drive continuous improvement in code quality, tools and processes
- Work collaboratively in San Francisco and with our global team
- Identify customer challenges, develop innovative solutions, and continuously prototype, refine, demo, and deliver every day
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years using Ruby On Rails
- PostgreSQL, MySQL Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Appreciation for a collaborative, test-driven environment
- Able to write well-structured and maintainable code
- Experience with Docker is a plus
- Bonus Points: High-growth SaaS experience, including scalability challenges, Familiarity with building AI tools and leveraging AI to build faster, Knowledge in frontend systems/frameworks like React/TS and similar

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $165,000 - $240,000
