Software Engineer - Reactive Focus

About the role

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who can work on different parts of the technology stack to deliver value to our users and partners. You’ll join a small, talent-rich product engineering team that responds quickly to customer needs without red tape. Our team consists of engineers, designers, and customer experts who collaborate to identify and solve real-world problems using science, creativity, and deep customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, prioritize, and address customer-reported issues promptly, providing clear communication on resolution progress.
• Debug and correct software bugs, collaborating with teams to ensure quality assurance and swift issue resolution.
• Communicate options and status regarding issues with clarity, objectivity, and empathy.
• Implement small feature enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders and documenting changes for seamless updates.
• Work at all levels of the stack, from Azure, SQL, and C# to GraphQL, TypeScript, and React.
• Partner with subject matter experts to understand the needs of potential users and build a product that unlocks their potential.
• Collaborate with and learn from a talented group of engineers with a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds.

Requirements

• Experience developing C# web APIs with modern development tools and processes.
• A self-starter who loves to solve problems and learn new things.
• Values people over process, working code over technical specs, collaboration over itemized requirements, and responsiveness to change.
• Listens to the opinions and viewpoints of others before making decisions, thinking critically about what makes sense in each situation.
