Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture: Designing primitives for steerable, verifiable agents that are conversational and empathetic.
• Retrieval: Integrating customer knowledge bases and handling unclear or ambiguous answers.
• Evals: Developing metrics to assess agent quality and empowering customers to improve their agents.
• Voice: Ensuring seamless voice interaction and lifelike conversations.
• Simulation & Benchmarking: Creating a platform to test AI agents across various scenarios.
• Generative Agent Development: Accelerating agent creation and building self-improving systems.

Requirements

• A passion for AI products and a high level of motivation to drive outcomes.
• Experience building production products and systems, particularly in AI-powered products.
• A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Go and TypeScript.
• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in building full-stack solutions.
• A sharp eye for design.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
