Software Engineer Principal - OpenShift

Responsibilities

Lead the team on day-to-day basis.
Leading the agile crew in 2 week sprints.
Heavily involved and highly engaged with stakeholders as well as product team and external teams.
Guiding the team to make technical decisions.
Working with the solution architects to review solution designs and provide approval.
Responsible for deployment activities.

Not a hands-on development role on day-to-day basis, however needs to be able to jump in and do hands-on development if situation arises.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3-5 years of lead experience and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• Programing language: Java (primary) & JavaScript (would be a plus)
• Jenkins
• Jira
• GitHub
• Confluence
• OpenShift platform
• uDeploy
• Authentication Domain Knowledge
• Financial or banking background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
