Software Engineer, Platform Access (L2)

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer, Platform Access (L2) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building automation and access infrastructure that enables developers to work efficiently across multi-cloud environments. The position will partner closely with engineering teams to support secure cloud access, strengthen IAM practices, and improve day-to-day developer workflows. It is well suited for someone who enjoys combining software engineering, infrastructure automation, and security-minded problem solving in a distributed technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $116,960 – $171,900 annually Responsibilities Design and build automation tools to enhance developer workflows in multi-cloud environments. Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and testing protocols. Support multi-cloud access infrastructure using Terraform and maintain IAM policies. Promote secure architectural practices and identify security vulnerabilities. Seek mentorship and actively participate in team planning and knowledge sharing. Qualifications 1-2+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience, particularly in multi-cloud environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding and automation. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform for managing cloud resources. Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP IAM and account management.
