Software Engineer, Performance - New Grad

About the role

Nuro is seeking a talented individual to join our rapidly growing team. This position will play a key role in Nuro's strategic shift towards licensing its autonomous driving technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential licensees
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Prepare and present licensing agreements to interested parties
• Manage the licensing process from negotiation to closing
• Support ongoing operations and maintenance of licensed vehicles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Knowledge of autonomous vehicle technology is beneficial
• Passionate about advancing autonomous driving technology
