Software Engineer - Partner Engineering

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable API integration framework that connect customer systems with our services.
• Work with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Create reusable integration frameworks and components.
• Create detailed technical specifications and integration documentation.
• Optimize integrations for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.

Required Experience

• Strong background in enterprise system integrations.
• Experience building scalable SaaS products and integration frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of Python, Django, DRF, Celery, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with webhooks, event processing, and asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with AWS Serverless Framework.

Key Skills

• Ability to understand and work with AI service integrations.
• Strong system design and architecture capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience with testing and debugging distributed systems.
• Skill in translating complex technical concepts for various audiences.
