What You Will Do
- Build and optimize sophisticated agentic pipelines and workflows designed for complex analytical workloads and document understanding.
- Design and execute comprehensive evaluation frameworks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the query processing engine.
- Collaborate directly with founders and enterprise customers to define the technical roadmap and shape the company's core engineering culture.

- Strong background in computer science with a proven track record of solving complex NLP problems and shipping production ML systems.
- Deep technical expertise in search/retrieval systems, LLMs, and building robust evaluation pipelines for high-stakes enterprise environments.
