Software Engineer (New Graduate) - North America Software Center

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and tools that enhance our global operations.
- Analyze technical challenges and provide creative, efficient solutions for complex problems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, product management, and QA, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay curious and continuously learn about new technologies, tools, and best practices in software engineering.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A genuine interest in software development and a desire to contribute to innovative, impactful projects.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time).
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening, excluding cannabis testing in compliance with Washington state regulations.
Location & Schedule
This role is based on-site in Vancouver, Washington, operating Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet operational demands.
Pay
For new hires in this position, the starting base salary typically ranges between $90,000 and $129,150 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $90,000 to $142,200, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level.
