About this role

Companies in the Yara Network hire new grads straight onto small teams, where you ship to production in your first week instead of waiting out a rotation program. Requirements

• A CS degree, a bootcamp with real projects, or no degree and a body of work that speaks for itself
• Working TypeScript, Python, or Go, plus something you deployed and then maintained
• Internships, open-source contributions, or hackathon wins, all of which count as proof here
• LLM-powered side projects that go past a chat wrapper: tool-calling, agents, evals
• Energy for work-trial interviews: build for a day or two, get a real answer
