Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the company’s core network infrastructure across multiple data centers and cloud providers
- Design customer-facing networking capabilities for better service connectivity and traffic routing
- Investigate complex networking issues across the entire stack
- Drive performance and reliability improvements through profiling and tuning
- Collaborate with engineers company-wide to build a stable and secure platform
- Participate in on-call rotation to improve incident detection and response
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in large-scale networking or infrastructure systems
- Proficient with Kubernetes networking internals, including service routing and CNI plugins
- Strong understanding of Linux networking internals in production settings
- Proven experience building traffic routing systems at scale
- Expertise in designing and debugging distributed systems
- Skillful in executing high-risk changes with minimal downtime
