About the role

Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions. Created by a U.S. Navy intelligence veteran, Nalley Consulting has grown to include multiple IDIQ vehicles in several states.

Requirements

• Limited to candidates with an active CI polygraph
• At least 5 years of experience with years of experience in Python, Java, or C++
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to the development, operation, and maintenance of software
• Experience establishing software information and engineering requirements
• Experience applying the discipline of software engineering for specific technical problems and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
• Ability to clearly express in writing technical analysis results
• Demonstrated ability writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Mathematics
• 5-10+ years relevant experience
