Software Engineer Lead (Java Fullstack Lead)
About the role
The role of Software Engineer Lead within PNC’s C&IB organization is based in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for working directly with scrum teams in a JAVA technology environment using AGILE methodology. You will provide daily technical leadership in agile ceremonies, help to define and adhere to technical standards across the team, eliminate and prioritize technical team problems and roadblocks. This role will lead the team (with the help of Scrum Master and Product Owner) in estimating, planning, designing solutions and developing the application with the scrum team.
Responsibilities
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
