Software Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Aid in the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software components
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop new features and maintain existing applications
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings
• Support the team in refining deployment and configuration processes
• Learn and apply Agile development methodologies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience using Java, C++, C#, Shell scripting
• Knowledge of Enterprise level application configuration and deployment
• Able to translate Requirements into Design Artifacts and an Implementation
• Experience developing RT, Multi-Threaded, Scalable Windows Server Applications and Services
• Experience generating SW design artifacts: Activity Diagram, Use Case, Data Flow
• Expertise in MS SQL, WPF, C#
• Familiarity with Information Assurance practices and procedures
