Software Engineer L3

For a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Software Engineer L3 to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D computer graphics software using GPU APIs
• Design algorithms to streamline company tasks
• Evaluate and integrate third-party software to enhance workflows
• Analyze business and user needs to translate into specifications
• Estimate, plan, and schedule software development tasks
• Participate in the design of software systems and user interfaces
• Conduct unit and integration software testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5-8 years of related experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and familiarity with C++ or Java
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of NUnit or other testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in full lifecycle development of object-oriented software applications

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
