Software Engineer L2/L3 - TS/SCI/Poly
Description
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern software engineering principles and best practices.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team members.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Work to continuously improve the development process, tools, and overall software reliability.
Qualifications
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Last Poly within past 7 years.
- Level 2: BS + 14 years experience
Level 3: BS + 20 years experience - Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as [e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.].
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $200K - $300K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
