About the role
Join our Integrations team and help shape how we integrate with healthcare EMR software. Your responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain integrations with healthcare EMR software using APIs, RPA, or agentic flows
- Work closely with clients to understand their PM systems and build successful automations
- Implement monitoring and observability infrastructure to ensure reliability of integrations
- Scale integration development for new PM systems with a repeatable framework
- Prototype and productionize new capabilities requiring PM system integrations
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with healthcare EMR software using APIs, RPA, or agentic flows
- Work closely with clients to figure out how to access their PM system and how it works to be able to build a successful automation
- Implement monitoring and observability infrastructure to make our integrations more reliable
- Figure out how to scale building integrations for new PM systems with a repeatable framework
- Prototype and productionize new capabilities that require integrating with PM systems (e.g., fetching certain pieces of data from PM systems)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering specifically for healthcare integrations
- Experience working with customers directly to solve their problems rather than just following specs
- Able to wear different hats and do whatever is necessary without needing much instruction
- High agency, able to figure things out independently and pride yourself on creating results
- Great communicator both verbally and in writing, proactive in sharing necessary information with the team
- Excited to build in an industry that is underserved by technology and interested in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare EMR software and APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
