The Team

• Design, develop, and peer review tests to find defects.
• Ensure quality of requirements, code, and functionality to clients.
• Develop, execute, monitor, and maintain automation test scripts.
• Engage in the development of software.
• Adhere to audit requirements provided by the regulatory industry.

Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Work experience in Prime Service, Capital Markets, or Securities Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in testing / Quality Assurance.
• Proven programming experience with Java/J2EE, Unix/Linux shell, HTML, JavaScript, Spring, Web Services, Angular.
• Strong SQL skills - writing complex queries.
• Experience with Jenkins, setup of jobs for automation execution (a plus).
• Experience with test automation using jUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, ReadyAPI, Rest Assured.
• Incorporate and streamline test automation into build CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Work experience in brokerage platforms.
• Experience with Cloud services (a plus).
• Highly productive in an agile project delivery environment.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fluid organization where priorities shift to respond to changing business needs.
• Solid technical background of solving problems and identifying root cause.
• Able to quickly assess and become knowledgeable about subject matter/become the authority.
• A reciprocal teammate who can work independently across local and distributed teams.
