About the role
We are seeking ambitious early-career engineers who are eager to take ownership and shape solutions in a complex, judgment-heavy domain. This role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations end-to-end
- Collaborate with customers and accountants to understand and address their challenges
- Work closely with engineers and accountants to build and extend the core platform
- Develop AI systems that are verifiable and correct
- Model how businesses actually work in software
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience
- Strong technical fundamentals across modern backend and frontend systems
- Strong project management skills, able to own customer-facing projects end-to-end
- Exceptionally fast learner, able to quickly understand accounting concepts and their invariants
- Strong communication & collaboration skills, able to work closely with customers and accountants
