Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production software for chatbot platform
- Deliver code that meets sprint commitments and coding standards
- Engage actively in collaborative discussions and coding sessions
- Align design strategy with Product, Tech Leads, and Architects
- Offer constructive feedback on merge requests prioritizing business requirements and security
- Communicate effectively to ensure team and customer alignment
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in large scale enterprise development
- Proficient in Python, Java, SQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Linux, Eclipse IDE, GIT, JIRA, and Agile methodology
- Experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI and prompt design
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of AWS, user interface development, and mobile development is advantageous
