Position Overview
This role focuses on building and evolving content-creation tooling and workflows for an innovative R&D initiative, partnering closely with artists, designers, and engineers. You’ll help translate emerging technologies into practical tools that improve iteration speed, quality, and creative efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional game development experience, including meaningful contributions to shipped titles
- 3+ years building tools for cross-disciplinary teams (artists/designers/engineers) with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- Professional experience developing tools in Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5)
- Experience creating extensions or pipelines for modern digital content creation tools (e.g., Maya, Photoshop)
- Proficiency with modern cross-platform UI/tooling frameworks (e.g., Qt, Electron, or web-based frameworks such as React) and solid knowledge of software design patterns
