Software Engineer III

- Then "Required Skills" heading: includes bullet list? Actually it's a paragraph: "Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills." Then "Preferred" bullet list: "5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines." Then "Key Skills & Behaviors": bullet list: "Technical leadership and mentorship mindset.Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts.Collaborative, adaptable, and forward-thinking. Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions."
We need to decide sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting lumps required skills, preferred, key skills & behaviors. We could map:
- Requirements: maybe the "Required Skills" list.
- Qualifications: maybe the "Preferred" list (education, experience).
- Skills: maybe the "Key Skills & Behaviors".
But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine into one Skills section? However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Benefits we have from "Why join us" section: includes bullet points: Impact that matters, Flexibility and trust, Growth and development, Competitive rewards, Time for life, Belonging and balance. Those are benefits. So we need Benefits section.
Pay: we have pay range info: "Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus. The Pay Range For This Role Is 155,200 - 194,000 USD per year(US National) 186,240 - 232,800 USD per year(US Very High)". That's specific pay info, so we include Pay section.
Schedule: not mentioned, so omit.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Ensure we don't lose any details.
We need to format as HTML fragment, using
for section headings,
- for lists,
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
