Software Engineer II (.NET/C# - AI Integration Focused)

Responsibilities

• Leverage the .NET ecosystem to achieve a performant, stable experience for our users.
• Engineer efficient solutions and investigate questions around application performance and behavior.
• Utilize source control in a collaborative environment to contribute code and to participate in code reviews.
• Communicate effectively and often as barriers arise and as ideas surface.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

Requirements

• A Four-year degree in CS or related field, or similar, relevant technical experience.
• Five (5) years of professional .NET/C# experience/exposure.
• Expertise in building agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience and interest in leveraging AI/LLM solutions for business goals.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative source control concepts.

Pay

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is only available on-site 5 days per week at our downtown Indianapolis location.
